Vembanad Lake
Vembanad Lake is the longest lake in India and the largest lake in Kerala. The Vembanad Lake, also known as Vembanadu Lake, is a large body of water located in Kerala that stretches across multiple districts, including Kottayam, Alleppey (Alappuzha), and Kochi (Ernakulam).
Anchuvilakku
The stone lamp post embodies the excellence of the Kerala school of architecture, and was placed in this location by the famed freedom fighter Veluthampi Dalawa. The Lamp post which is still illuminated by kerosene-fueled five lamps, is a popular attraction that draws visitors from all over the world.
